David qualified from The Queen’s University of Belfast in 1995, with an Honours Degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Philosophy. He has specialised throughout his career in Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery and Insolvency work, although he also has experience in personal injury litigation. He lectures on the legal debt recovery process in Northern Ireland law and is the author of material prepared for Credit Managers on this subject. He is an associate member of Institute of Credit Management and has also been admitted as a Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland. David is assisted by Breda Flynn and Aisling McAlinden.







Sinead qualified from The Queen’s University of Belfast in 1997, with an Honours Degree in Law and Politics. Prior to establishing her own practice she worked for a leading Criminal Firm but in the last few years has specialised in conveyancing, personal injury litigation, matrimonial law and children’s issues. She undertakes most of her own Court advocacy where possible and is assisted in her work by Roisin McGreevy and Aisling McAlinden.









Breda is a senior legal executive, office manager and assists David in his work. She has been employed in the legal sector for nineteen years and has specialised mainly in commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency. She also was employed at one stage in a leading Finance Company, prior to recommencing employment in the legal field. Bred
a is often the first point of contact for defendants who wish to settle cases.









Roisin is a senior legal executive and assists Sinead in her work. She has been employed in the legal sector for over six years and previously worked for a leading firm of Commercial lawyers. Prior to this she worked in the public sector for seven years as an assistant to a medical doctor. She specialises mainly in conveyancing, both private and commercial, litigation and matrimonial work.










Aisling qualified from The Queen’s University of Belfast in 2003, with an Honours Degree in Law. She is also undertaking a Masters Degree in Human Rights and Criminal Justice. Prior to joining the firm she worked as an Intern at The United States Congress for Congressman Ackermann. She has also worked for Project Children and with disabled children through Barnardos. She assists both David and Sinead in their work.
